Built against three things that annoyed us
Prospexly is a lead generation engine, a CRM and a cold-email sequencer in one account. It exists because buying those three separately produces a week spent moving data between them, and because each category had a failure mode we did not want to live with.
Prospecting tools that invent things. Ask most AI prospecting products for twenty companies and you get twenty, because a language model asked for twenty will always produce twenty. Some of them do not exist. You find out which after emailing them, and by then the cost is not the wasted hour, it is the bounce rate.
Sequencers that send from shared pools. When your mail leaves through infrastructure shared with thousands of other senders, your deliverability is a function of their behaviour. It works until it does not, and the day it stops you have no lever to pull.
CRMs priced on the data you put in them. The record count grows whether or not the product is delivering value, so the bill grows too, and the export button is always the least loved part of the interface.
So: search that has to cite its sources or return nothing, sending through the customer’s own mailbox, and a CRM that is free at any size. The AI is the part with a real marginal cost, so the AI is the part that is metered.
What that means in practice
Where we say the unhelpful thing
A product page that only lists strengths is a product page nobody can plan around. These are the limits we would want told to us.
- AI output is grounded, not guaranteed.
- A source page can be out of date and a summary can misread one. Grounding removes invented companies; it does not remove the need to check something before you act on it.
- Email verification tells you what it actually checked.
- A DNS-level check proves a domain can receive mail. It does not prove one mailbox exists, and a catch-all domain makes a positive result meaningless. Every result says which kind of check produced it.
- We hold no SOC 2 report and no ISO certification.
- The security page says so plainly rather than implying otherwise with a badge, and lists the specific controls that do exist instead.
Start on the free plan
The CRM and unlimited email verification are free forever, with no card required. If you want to ask something first, we would rather you did.
