Free CRM
A CRM that is free because the AI is what costs money
Companies, contacts, opportunities, tasks, calendar, products, services and support cases. Not a trial, not a seat count that creeps upward, not a tier that becomes unusable the moment it starts being useful.
No card required. Export everything whenever you like.
What you get for nothing
The same CRM the paid plans use, with smaller storage limits and no outbound sequences.
The free plan, stated precisely
Including the limits, because a free plan whose caps only appear once you hit them is a trial wearing a different word.

Why the CRM is the free part
Storing a contact costs a row in a database. Running a grounded AI search costs a real API call every single time, whether or not it finds anything useful. Charging for the first to subsidise the second is how CRMs end up billing you more as your record count grows, regardless of whether the product is delivering anything.
So the metering follows the cost. The AI allowance is what a plan buys; the pipeline you keep your work in is not.
Questions
- What is the catch?
- There isn't one on the CRM, but there is a limit worth knowing: the free plan stores 100 contacts and 50 companies. Every CRM feature is available within that — no locked views, no read-only mode, no expiry. What the paid plans buy is a bigger AI allowance, more storage, more seats and outbound sequences.
- What happens when I reach 100 contacts?
- New contacts stop being created, and that is all that stops. Everything already in the CRM stays exactly as it was — editable, searchable, exportable, usable in every view — because a limit on how much we will store for free is a commercial position, and locking you out of work you have already done is something else. Deleting records frees room in the same second, and a CSV import that is larger than the room left tells you how many rows will land before you commit it, rather than importing part of the file and calling it a success.
- Is it free forever or a free trial?
- Forever. There is no clock and no card. The CRM is deliberately the free part, because the AI is what has a real cost per call and is therefore what is metered. If you cancel a paid plan your account drops back to the free one rather than closing, so your records stay reachable.
- What does the free plan not include?
- Outbound sequences, AI email generation and enrichment are paid features — the free plan includes 0 AI emails and 0 enrichments. Team sharing and the discovered-leads database start on the paid plans too. Everything in the CRM proper, and unlimited email verification, are free.
- Can I get my data out?
- Any list exports as CSV with exactly the columns and filters you are looking at, and settings offers a complete JSON and CSV bundle of the whole account. Both work on the free plan. Deleting your account soft-deletes for 30 days first, so an account closed by mistake is a support request rather than a permanent loss.
- Do I need the AI features to use the CRM?
- No. Import a CSV, type records in by hand, or use the free monthly AI leads — the CRM does not care where a record came from. Plenty of the product is useful with the AI switched off entirely.
- Is my data isolated from other customers?
- Yes, and it is enforced twice: row-level security in the database scopes every table to the owning account, and every server query also filters on it explicitly. Either alone would be a single point of failure. The security page describes the rest.
Start with an empty CRM or a CSV
Import what you have, or let AI lead generation fill it. 2 AI leads a month are included free, and email verification is unlimited on every plan.
