Your outbound, run for you
Tell us who you sell to. Prospexly finds the companies and the decision-makers, researches and verifies their addresses, writes a personalised sequence, sends it from your own mailbox and turns the replies into opportunities in your CRM. You answer the replies.
No setup fee. No trial. Cancel any time, and everything the engine found stays yours.
What you give it
Four things, once. A five-minute wizard after you sign up.
- 1
Who you sell to
The kinds of business, in plain words, and where: a country, or a city and a radius. A size floor if sole traders are a waste of your time.
- 2
Who to reach
The roles that can say yes. Owner, managing director, head of operations, practice manager — whatever your buyer is called.
- 3
What you offer
A few sentences, as you would say it to a prospect. Every email draws its claims from this and from the recipient's record, and from nothing else.
- 4
A mailbox
Yours. Gmail, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP account. Mail goes out under your domain, replies land in the inbox you already read.
What the engine does
Every ten minutes, in this order, until the week’s target is met. Nothing is hand-carried between stages.
Against the alternatives
A lead-generation agency
Two to four thousand pounds a month, a three-month minimum, a shared mailbox on a domain that is not yours, and a report of activity rather than a CRM full of records you keep.
£750 a month, cancel any time, sent from your own domain, and every company, person and message is in your CRM whether or not you stay.
A part-time SDR
Twenty to thirty thousand a year for someone who researches on Monday, writes on Tuesday, sends on Wednesday and leaves in nine months with the process in their head.
The process is the product. It runs every ten minutes, it does not have a bad week, and the person you do pay is the one answering the replies.
Doing it yourself with tools
A data tool, a verifier, a sequencer and a CRM, kept in step by hand, run in the hours you meant to spend on clients. Most people stop in week three.
Same engine, nobody in the loop until the reply. The self-serve plans exist for people who want the wheel; Managed is for people who want the car to drive.
What it will not do
Worth knowing before you pay rather than after.
- It will not promise a reply rate. We do not have the data to make one, and a number on this page would be invented. What you get is every count the CRM keeps, from the first fortnight.
- It will not send faster than your domain can bear. A new mailbox starts at around twenty sends a day and climbs. That is slower than an agency’s shared infrastructure and it is the reason your domain survives.
- It will not guess an email address. Where none is published and research finds none, the person is listed with that reason rather than emailed at a guess.
- It will not answer the replies. That is the conversation you are paying to have. It opens the opportunity and sets the task; the rest is yours.
Built for your industry
The same engine, configured for the businesses each of these sells to.

Questions
- How quickly does it start?
- Setup is four short steps and takes about five minutes. The engine runs its first search within ten minutes of payment confirming, companies land in your CRM as it finds them, and the first emails go out once the people have been identified and their addresses verified — usually within the first day.
- How many emails will be sent?
- It depends on your mailbox. A newly connected mailbox starts at around twenty sends a day and ramps up over a few weeks; the engine enrols new people at the rate the mailbox can finish writing to them, so a follow-up never goes out before the first message has. The plan includes 2,000 AI leads and 2,000 AI-written emails a month, which is more than one mailbox can deliver.
- Do I get to approve the emails first?
- There is no approval queue, because a queue nobody clears is a service that stops. Instead, every message is written from your own offer and the recipient's record and nothing else — no invented case studies, statistics or names — and every one is readable in your outbox the moment it is sent. You can pause the engine with one button, and the sequence it sends through is an ordinary sequence you can open and edit.
- What happens when someone replies?
- The follow-ups stop, an opportunity opens on your pipeline at Qualification, the contact is marked engaged, a task to reply lands for the next day, and you are notified in the app and by push. Answering them is the one part of this you do.
- Is cold email to businesses lawful?
- In the UK, business-to-business email to corporate addresses is permitted under PECR provided the recipient can opt out, and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe that goes straight onto your suppression list. Sole traders and partnerships are treated as individuals, which is one reason the size floor exists. You remain the sender and responsible for your outreach; Prospexly makes the compliant path the default and never guesses an address.
- Why is it priced in pounds?
- Prospexly is a UK company and Managed was built for UK businesses first, so the price is quoted the way its first customers read it. The software plans stay in dollars. Customers whose billing is already in dollars are charged the dollar price ($999 a month) at checkout rather than a converted amount.
- What if I cancel?
- Cancel from the subscription page at any time. The engine stops at the end of the period you have paid for, and every company, contact, message and opportunity it created stays in your CRM on the Free plan, which has no time limit.
- Can I move up from Starter or Professional?
- Yes. Set up Autopilot from the Autopilot page and complete payment at the end; your existing records are excluded from the searches automatically, so nothing you already have is contacted twice.
Five minutes to set up, ten to the first search
Create an account, tell the engine who you sell to, and complete payment when everything it needs is in place. Or start on the Free plan, run one search yourself, and come back when you have seen what comes out.
