AI email generator

Writing the email is the easy half

Drafts built from what you actually know about the recipient, in the type, tone and length you choose — then sent from your own mailbox, where deliverability is something you control.

Sending, tracking and unlimited verification work on emails you wrote yourself too.

Most tools stop at the draft

A good email sent from a shared IP pool with no warmup lands in spam, where its quality is irrelevant. Both halves are here.

The opening line has to be about them
A cold email that opens by describing the sender is the default a model reaches for, and the reason most cold email is ignored. The prompt requires the first line to be about the recipient and the pitch to be framed as their problem rather than your feature list.
Written from real context
Your company and what you sell, plus the recipient's record — role, company, industry, location, and whatever enrichment learned about them. Personalisation from data you hold, not a mail-merge token dropped into a template.
Quotes that quote something real
Pick products or services from your catalogue and a quote email is built around their actual names and prices, rather than a paragraph with a gap where a number should be.
Sent from your mailbox, not ours
Gmail, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP account. Mail leaves under your own domain reputation and replies land in the inbox you already watch, instead of a shared pool whose reputation depends on strangers.
Warmup and pacing you cannot switch off
New mailboxes ramp up gradually and wait a randomised interval between sends. A new domain sending at volume on a perfectly regular cadence is exactly what filters look for, so this protects you whether or not you would have thought to.
A reply stops the follow-ups
Opens, clicks and replies are tracked per message. Replies are detected over IMAP and stop the sequence, out-of-office messages excepted — an auto-responder is not a conversation.

Every draft is editable before it goes anywhere, and generating one never sends anything by itself.

This one is not grounded, and that is deliberate

Lead discovery, contact discovery and enrichment all run against live search and have to return their sources, because they are finding facts. Email generation does not, because it is not finding anything — it composes from your setup, your catalogue and the recipient’s record.

Bolting a live search onto the writing step would put fresh, unchecked claims about the recipient into a message you are about to send under your own name. The generator works from facts that already passed through grounding and landed in your CRM, which is the right place for that check to have happened.

Questions

Does the email generator search the web?
No, and deliberately. Writing is built entirely from context you already own: your setup, your catalogue, and the recipient's record in your CRM. Grounded search belongs to the features that discover facts — lead discovery, contact discovery, enrichment — where the model is finding something. Here it is composing from what you have already verified, and adding a live search would introduce claims about the recipient that nobody checked.
How much control do I get over the output?
Five message types (introduction, follow-up, quote, meeting request, reconnect), five tones (professional, friendly, direct, warm, formal), and three lengths from 60 to 90 words up to 180 to 250 words. Every draft is editable before it goes anywhere, and nothing sends automatically off the back of a generation.
Will it sound like AI wrote it?
That depends more on your setup than on the model. The generator writes from your company description and the recipient's record, so a thin description produces a generic email. The single biggest improvement available to most people is spending five minutes writing a proper description of what they sell and who it helps.
How many AI emails do I get?
Starter includes 25 generations a month and Professional 150, with Enterprise unlimited. The Free plan includes none — generation is a paid feature, though the CRM, sending and unlimited email verification are not.
Do I have to use the AI to send?
No. Sequences, tracking, warmup, suppression and reply detection all work on emails you wrote yourself. The generator is one way to fill the body and the rest of the sending engine does not care where the text came from.
What stops this being used for spam?
Mail leaves from your own mailbox, so the first cost of sending badly is your domain. Beyond that: one-click unsubscribe headers on every message, a suppression list checked before every single send with no way to bypass it, and warmup ramps that cannot be disabled. Purchased lists, forged headers and unsubscribe evasion are grounds for immediate suspension under the Acceptable Use Policy.

Start with who you are writing to

A generated email is only as good as the record behind it. Most people begin with AI lead generation and contact discovery, both free to try without a card.
