Five addresses rather than one form. Picking the right one is the difference between a reply from someone who can answer and a reply asking you to write somewhere else.
Something not working, a question about how a feature behaves, or a bill that looks wrong. Response times vary by plan and are listed on the pricing page.
Include: The email address on your account, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
support@prospexly.comCustom limits, more seats than a listed plan allows, procurement questions, or an invoice arrangement rather than a card.
Include: Roughly how many people will use it, and how many leads a month you expect to need.
sales@prospexly.comAccess, correction, deletion or export of personal data, and questions about sub-processors. Most of this is self-service in your settings, but anything the product does not cover comes here.
Include: Which right you are exercising, and the address the data is held under.
privacy@prospexly.comVulnerability reports and suspected breaches. Acknowledged within two working days, with an assessment and a plan within ten.
Include: How to reproduce it and what you think the impact is. If customer data is exposed, say so in the first line.
security@prospexly.comQuestions about the terms, a countersigned data processing addendum on your own paper, or anything a lawyer is asking you.
Include: The clause or document you are asking about.
legal@prospexly.comWhy there is no contact form here
Prospexly deliberately has no transactional email transport of its own — the only mail the platform sends is account mail from our authentication provider, and everything else is an in-app notification. A form on this page would need a sending path built for no other reason, and a form that silently fails is worse than an address that works. Writing directly also means you have a copy of what you sent.
Post reaches us at 13 Finchfield Road West, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV3 8AY, United Kingdom, though email is faster for anything that is not a legal notice.
If the question is “does it do X?”
The free plan needs no card, so trying it is usually faster than asking. The feature breakdown covers most of it, and the security page covers the questions procurement tends to ask.
